Swordtail Records is now in it's 3rd year of operation from down under Australia. The label aims to bring you some of the freshest progressive sounds from producers all around the globe. With Australia not having many progressive based labels at the moment, we here at Swordtail thought it was time to try and sort that problem out.
All releases come with a variety of mixes to cover off different styles ranging from Progressive through to Downtempo and including Tech and Deep House. A number of the releases have and will continue to bring new and exciting vocal talents to the forefront. Grab A Bargain is a track full of tough percussive sounds and rocking bass hits. Fast A Sleep shines with some techy leads and has a great undercarriage of pads. Sertac Kaya's remix of Fast A Sleep is an electro gem sure to bring apart any dancefloor. This remix is techy and driving in all the right places. Native's remix of Grab A Bargain goes for a techy and electro styled bassline and groove, with glitchy percussion and chopped up bass sounds. It also delivers some nice higher end leads throughout, which give the track a melodic touch.
