Source of Gravity has been one of the mainstays in the progressive scene for fast approaching a decade. Between their labels, artists, radio shows, events and several others key elements "The Source" has reached all corners of the global progressive soundscape. Source is back yet again, this time with a joint effort from two of the In house members Chris Sterio & Sean McCLellan collaborating to bring you 'Langness'. The track was inspired by the coastal part of Castletown ( Isle Of Man ) with its volcanic rock, sensational sunsets and views of Langness and the mountainous areas of the south of the Island, and a beautifull track it is to. Remixes come from the ever popular Hadi Burpee who has already been causing a storm with his releases on Source Of Gravity Digital. Also Steve Allen dj/producer from Manx and the other remix coming from Chad B ( Chad Browninger ) - aLoud Recordings, a label that is also no stranger to the progressive house scene churning out quality releases!

Very cool atmospheric progressive. Liking the Hadi Burpee and Chad B remixes the most. Hadi's version stays interesting throughout, while the Chad B would probably be the most dancefloor friendly.

"SOG is one of my favorite house labels at the moment. They're constantly putting out forward thinking music, rich with melodies, and strong with proper beats. Langness is something that I will be playing in the middle of my sets, or to give the dancefloor a break from the craziness that I always bump out. I like to scream at the kids, and at times play extremely agreesively, so it's great having quality house tunes that can be dropped on the dancefloor when not expecting things. Specifically the original and the Hadi remix got my attention. Chad, and Steve's mixes did not really grab me enough to dj out, however I still do enjoy having them on the media server at the studio for chill out sessions. All in all this is a well thought out release with the original and Hadi Burpee's remix being the tunes I will be playing. 8/10"
