Ready Mix Records was established in Montreal by Adel "BiG AL" Ghandour and partner Zee Soussane in 1999 with a vision to offer a product that is artistically whole, esthetically beautiful and musically explosive. Our covers are designed and created by unique and talented artists the same way our music is, allowing the cover of our audible journey be the canvas of our designer's vision.

In September 2007, Ready Mix Records released Stan Kolev's debut album entitled Emotional Content, and closed out the year with a bang drawing "5 star" rave reviews for the consistent quality of music on the entire record from OurHouse Mag, Bigshot Mag, Exclaim Mag, ProgressiveHouse.com, WorldDJ.com, MTLNights.com to name a few.
To keep things rolling in 2008, we now follow up with the 3rd single ‘Emotional Content`. To date, Stan is still probably best known for the title track on his album, which, for countless months, continues to receive play around the globe. `Emotional Content` is certainly the most refreshing approach to a dancefloor anthem that we may have heard in recent years. This track conjures up the nostalgic feelings of those unforgettable party days of the past, yet is simultaneously fresh and cutting edge, rendering it timeless. It is carefully designed to be joyfully assimilated into many sets.
This release in the series unites Stan with Add2Basket (a.k.a Andrew Genser) from Budapest, Hungary who is providing the remixing honors this time around. This triple threat, DJ, producer and label owner has released music on Desyn Masiello's Alternative Route Records, DJ Tarkan's No Smoking Label, Snake Sedrick's Tilth Records and his own Add2Basket Records along with many others. Andrew has also remixed tracks for Jody Wisternoff, Sultan, Tommyboy, DJ Tarkan, Medway, Emjae, Yvel & Tristan, and the list goes on.
Add2Basket injects his unique style, vamping it up, and molding dancefloor energy into his interpretation. He showcases an uncanny ability to maintain a unified groove with tight highs and a turbo charged bassline. By staying very true to the original and intelligently representing the familiar elements with precise effect, he delivers on his rendition making this a very exciting release and an instant classic for music collectors.
Emotional Content signaled the grand finale in Stan's album and became an instant favorite with its timeless riff. It was licensed to A3TV's 30 Minute high energy show about the Miami nightlife called "Wildlife" broadcasting on BPM TV in Canada & A3TV in the USA.
This release offers the 'Original Mix', which is an extended DJ friendly version of the 'Album Version', alongside Add2Basket’s Remix.
