  Prolifica was originally set up under EMI’s wings in 2002 following on from previous management activity which included launching the careers of early dance precursors like Robert Miles, Spiller, Smoke City, Dimitri from Paris, M&S, Planet Funk. All in all over 10 million singles and nearly 5 million albums sold by our acts, including 1 Number 1 and another dozen Top 10 hits. As a label Prolifica was responsible for a limited number of releases as it got caught up in Major Label boardroom changes… Amongst them the critically acclaimed debut album for Italian electronic maestro Stylophonic, who music was featured in numerous Dolce & Gabbana European campaigns as well as ads for the likes of Fanta, Nike and more. Another seminal release was of current Media darling Dan Black’s old incarnation of 4 piece indie band THE SERVANT. Finally experimental electro jazzy chill out hip things by KV:5 and Alphabeat (no, not the one that made it… but close) . Finally cool club releases including Josh One’s classic “Contemplation”, remix packages from album singles and one-off club tools to keep the cool. After a few years of inactivity, because of management commitments with the likes of Maximo Park, HK119, Dino Lenny, Spiller and others we are BACK.
