They have hit number one several times on the Progressivehouse.com promo pool chart, with high chart positions on the Balance Record Pool and Release Promo charts, and an 8/8 "pick of the month" for M8 Magazine. Nightshade Music has been able to reach a high level of success quickly by aligning themselves with great producers and remixers. Label heads Kris B and Nosmo are no strangers to promoting music, having launched their Eggplant Music/Greylabel imprints with their debut, self-released single "One for the Road". After Sasha played this track on an Essential Mix (live from the Delta Heavy Tour), this initial release went on to be a Buzz Chart #1, Balance Record Pool chart #8, receive radio play from John Digweed, Pete Tong and Hernan Cattaneo, and appeared on five mix compilations.

Eclectic group of mixes covering most sub genres from Python, Jairus Miller, Yura Popov and Banx of this funky pumpin house track. The original mix comes in with groovy beats, funky bass and guitar, sax stabs, vocal samples and all things funky for one last blast of summer. For remix duties, we once again look to Russia and the talented crew behind the excellent Carica labels, Python take things a bit deeper making use of the guitar, vox and sax over some darker techno chords in their funky, clubby progressive tech house monster with a massive break. Yura Popov took it deeper and techier still with a sparse simple beat, deep techno chords and haunting use of the vocal and guitars, in his minimal, proggy tech house mix. Jairus Miller took it another direction entirely, his mix takes a classic breakbeat, syncopated bass and stabs and layers in the vocal, guitar and sax from the original in an atmospheric, melodic booty shakin piece of music. Banx rounds out the remixes with something for the minimal techno set, making hypnoitic patterns of the guitar loop over a huge deep kick, with simple effective beats and big dynamic changes throughout. Bonus Track: We've also included Yura Popov's remix of our last Nightshade release, Deep Future "Distance Love". Yura takes a driving techy beat and brings a deep dirty rumbling bass in, trippy techno percussion and big swirling dynamics over the original tracks "ecstacy" sample.
