They have hit number one several times on the Progressivehouse.com promo pool chart, with high chart positions on the Balance Record Pool and Release Promo charts, and an 8/8 "pick of the month" for M8 Magazine. Nightshade Music has been able to reach a high level of success quickly by aligning themselves with great producers and remixers. Current and future catalog releases include Mazi, Jaytech, Subsky, Sebastian Davidson, Eelke Kleijn, Walsh & Coutre, Blake Jarrell, Wize, Joel Armstrong and many more established and unknown talent from around the globe. Label heads Kris B and Nosmo are no strangers to promoting music, having launched their Eggplant Music/Greylabel imprints with their debut, self-released single "One for the Road". After Sasha played this track on an Essential Mix (live from the Delta Heavy Tour), this initial release went on to be a Buzz Chart #1, Balance Record Pool chart #8, receive radio play from John Digweed, Pete Tong and Hernan Cattaneo, and appeared on five mix compilations.

Retrospect is a retro-style melodic, progressive
track with a bouncy bassline and big summer melodies.
Martin Villeneuve (MV) turns in a peak time electro-progressive
stormer, showcasing the melodies of the original, with plenty of
extra grit. Kris B & Nosmo take a more laid back approach, with techy
beats and bass, highlighting the acoustic guitar parts, sure to
rock sunrises and sunsets this summer. Michael's recent remixes for Anjuna & Black Hole have been
getting major attention from Tiesto, Armin, Oakie and all
the big guys.

"old school house" - 4.0 / 5
Eryo (Belarus) (Mistique Music, DeepSessions)
"original a bit cheesy. Nosmo and Kris B bring it down with a more groovy style and catchy bouncy summer bassline and structure, with a big breakdown acoustic guitar making it still overall a bit cheesy, but a great summer vibe for the right place in the sun." - 2.0 / 5

"I'm favoring the Nosmo v Kris B remix in this package. Some of the higher squeaky synths in the original just stick out too much." - 3.0 / 5
