LuPS Records [Locked Up Progressive Sounds] was founded by Jacco Oude Kotte (aka Jacco@Work) in March 2008 and is based on the experiences of making 5 years of radioshows and mixes for PureDJ.com, Dynamix-radio, Purefm, ETN.fm and many other stations. Besides that Jacco@Work is around in the musicbusiness for almost 20 years now.
LuPS Records stands for the opportunity to discover the true meaning of progressive house music. Progressive house music in its pure form. Straight from the heart into the mind and body. ‘Heart over Mind’ so to speak (Now the logo has been explained as well ;-) )
Furthermore the label aims to bring you some of the finest progressive house sounds from established and new breed producers all around the world.
And last but not least the labels artwork since release 010 get done by good friend and Illustrator Wizard d-phrag from Bulgaria.
This is the second part of the EP from Umut Anacoglu.
The original is a deep driven track stuffed with again lots of emotional melodylines and layers. A warm, danceable classic progressive track.
The Stain takes a completely different route with his remix and drags it into a deep, dark, reverbed hypnotic progressive trip.
Once again Aber managed to put his marks on his remix. Tight production skills are combined with inventive use of samples. This remix does its job very well during the late after hours.
To complete the package, label-owner Jacco@Work, remixed Muted Heart. He kept it close to the original but created a complete new groove and added a bunch of noisy pads and radioFM fx's which gives the track a spacey feel.
