01. Somebody Talks (Original Mix)
02. Somebody Talks (Dich Remix)

04. Look Out Experience (Original Mix)
05. In Our Deepness (Original Mix)
Spanish producer Zair teams up with a close friend of his Jecko for this EP; Balearic Deepness. Ironically, they are both from the district of the Balearic Islands, and enforce an EP ranging from deep house to tech-house.

Somebody Talks is the intro track, with the original being composed as a deep house track with funky vocals adding to the tracks elegance. The Dich and PARANOIA106 remixes are both a tad more upbeat and techy house.
hroom039 Dich - Mood EP (Oct 7th, 2009)

01. Mood (Original Mix)
02. Mood (Wave System remix)
03. El Cubo (Original Mix)
04. Rotos Al Amanecer (Original Mix)
Uruguayan talent Dich does it again! This time he unleashes 2 quality club stormers - Mood and El Cubo. Both tunes give us some of the funkiest deep tech-house and minimal techno rhythms around.

They are followed by much slower, dubby, minimal, Reggea/Ska sounds of Rotos Al Amanecer.

We also have an exclusive remix from Frankfurt’s duo Wave System, who deliver a pulsating techno remix of Mood.

hroom038 Orlando B - Lost City EP (Sep 28th, 2009)

01. Lost City
02. Dark House
03. Soul Jam
04. Downwards Escalator
Orlando B presents 4 solid club tracks ranging from dubby tech and tough tech-house through to soulful-tech and emotive deep house.

Lost City is a stripped down techy affair with nice dubby chord patterns and a laid-back house bass-line while Dark House has an infectious stab groove giving the track a distinctive oldskool flavour.

Soul Jam maintains the oldskool vibe but on a much more soulful tip with a real jazzy feel and

hroom037 Pascal Mollin - Echodrums EP (Sep 16th, 2009)

01. Echodrums (Africa dub)
02. Echodrums (French Connection Dub)
03. Bamboyogo
Echodrums (Africa dub) is a new school journey into tribal Tech. Starting life as one pumping kick and a wash of manipulated cymbal sounds. The track slowly grinds out its pulsating tribal rhythms that build to a bass line that breathes off the kick. Perfect for that time of the night to pick it up a notch….or two!

Echodrums (French connection dub) starts life in a similar vein as track 1 but introduces its funky bass line much earlier

01. Pampa
02. Einai Wraia Stin Rennes

03. The Little Garden
04. From Here to There
Great new release here from the Hypnotic Room crew and their label artist Takashi Watanabe who lays down this funky and melodic tech-houser!

Various mixture of funky sounds are layered in such a detailed way that they create an irresistible groove and the relentless beat maintains an uplifting sound with a sneaky, dark bassline, occasionally building to a crescendo before reverting back to an addictive loop.

01. Sacred Space (Stevie Robinson Mix)
02. Sacred Space (Wally Stryk Remix)
03. House Beat (Stevie Robinson Mix)
04. Crowd Control (Stevie Robinson Mix)

First on this Stevie gives us his own mix of Sacred Space, a pure House track consisting of classic Deep Rhodes mixed with a lightly Progressive but Funky bassline, layering on this a cool Electronic sounding synth, building smoothly towards a crisp/clean Piano break. House at its finest.

hroom033 SERi - Echoes EP (Jul 21st, 2009)

01. Echoes (Original Mix)
02. Echoes (M.Fukuda Remix)
03. 3AM (Original Mix)
Echoes is a journey into Minimal Tech House and as you would imagine by its name, is at times big and spacious but always pushing forward with its meandering funky bass line.

The M.Fukuda remix is on the minimal electro tech funk tip. At the crux of it all is a funked up bass line and spacious percussion. Throw in big synth stabs for depth and you have got a sound that’s hot right now.

3AM chugs along nicely. Driven by its f

hroom032 Dich - Space Machine (Jul 2nd, 2009)

01. Space Machine (Original Mix)
02. Space Machine (Mauro AP Remix)
03. Space Machine (Nico Diorio Remix)
Space Machine is a track rich in depth, ambience and good atmosphere. It moves freely from lush synth pads to stark, spacious minimal hits and fluid synth melodies through masterful use of reverb, space and time. Beam us up Dich!

On the remix duties here are Mauro AP and Nico Diorio.

The Mauro AP remix really expands on the fullness of the original and toys with notions of time through its extra percussion and crafty use of

hroom031 Takashi Watanabe - Maze EP (Jun 16th, 2009)

01. Maze
02. Too Far Gone
03. Asleep at the wheel
Maze is a funked up tech house number with its foundations based solidly around funky percussion and a nice house kick off set by a killer stab and worked EQ. The breakdown introduces us to an arpeggiated synth line reminiscent of the soul and sound of early Detroit that builds and builds ever so nicely.

The second track, Too Far Gone is on a slightly deeper tip. More bottom end presence and filtered out house keys see’s to that and in

hroom030 Wally Stryk - Quilmes Cristal EP (May 26th, 2009)

01. Quilmes Cristal
02. Quilmes Cristal (Takashi Watanabe Remix)
03. Lost Love (Original Mix)
On his debut release with Hypnotic Room, Wally Stryk gives you a feel for the chic places of Parisian nights.

Wally starts off with Quilmes Cristal, a very pleasant deep house tune, perfect for early night sets or relaxing moments in any lounge environment.

His second track, Lost Love explores the deep minimal territories with layers of groovy tech-house. The soft synth sounds create a relaxing tone for a muffled atmosphere

01. Love Me Slender
02. Love Me Slender (Craig McWhinney Remix)
03. The Cow That Barked
Schlock Tactile is another alias for regular Hypnotic Room producer Andrez Bergen (Little Nobody), kick-started in 2000 as a project aligned towards drum & bass and plunderphonics, but more recently focused on schlock-electro and glitz ‘n’ glam kitsch disquo-house - along with cool beats and other pieces.

Starting proceedings is ‘Love Me Slender’, a track we’re absolutely diggin’, especially when the real kick drops in at around the on

hroom028 Dich - Crema Dub EP (Apr 15th, 2009)

01. El Camino Del Inca
02. Lovely Lady
03. La Prostituta
The 'Crema Dub EP' by Dich draws on so many influences ranging from latin, Minimal tech to house and Reggae that it is impossible not to get lost in this melting pot of ambient brilliance.

The opener, 'El Camino del Inca' is pure modern Minimal Tech with splashes of dub. From the long droning synth to the noise and ambience this is exactly what you'd expect one Richie Hawtin to drop these days.

That gem is then followed by '

hroom027 Little Nobody feat. Robo*Brazileira - Robota Remixes (Mar 25th, 2009)

01. Robota (Paul Birken "The Dirty Party Snakes" Remix)
02. Robota (Elektronauts Remix)
03. Robota (Takashi Watanabe Remix)
One of our label's smash hits for 2008 gets a brilliant bit of remixing magic!

If you're lucky, you may vividly recall the Little Nobody track 'Robota'. It featured vocoder vocals from Toshiyuki Yasuda - one of Si Begg’s favorite musicians, and who'd just finished a job with Señor Coconut - and the outcome was talked up by the likes of Steve Stoll and John Acquaviva.

To do his very own wind-up remix of that killer combo, her

10. Hideo Saito - White Solar Wizard

12. Takashi Watanabe - The Moment
Scour the Internet, and you'll discover that "zen" is described as a direct, experiential realization of enlightenment through meditation. With this canny definition in mind, hats off to superlative Sydney-based label, Hypnotic Room, for achieving this state in just over an hour's listening bliss.

The wonderful music on this album brushes across a state of the ethereal, vaguely aquatic, with a touch of gentle breaks and chilled out sou

He's now producing deep techno, influenced by the likes of Maurizio and Richie Hawtin wth shades of disco-electro

hroom022 Takashi Watanabe - In The Still Of The Night EP (Dec 22nd, 2008)

01. In The Still Of The Night
02. Protection
03. Airwave
"In the Still of the Night" is exactly that - a seductively mellow, trippy moment in time and place where Takashi detaches himself from a dance floor focus, and instead trains his machine-based music, with its more musical keys and chords, into the cerebral terrain someone like Jeff Mills or Steve Law (Zen Paradox) might explore. Which doesn't make this any less funky; it's a mind-f**k that would devastate the dance floor at any peak-time.

hroom021 Andrez Bergen - Disquo EP (Dec 14th, 2008)

01. Disquo (Original Mix)
02. Disquo (Deep Night Remix)
03. Merian Cooper (Original Mix)
Welcome to the Disquoteque! With more than just a slight change in the spelling of the word, Andrez Bergen (alias Little Nobody) channels a childhood bombarded by disco and hitches it to Status Quo, then filters the concoction into darker '70s stuff by Black Sabbath, and the cut-up mentality of Cabaret Voltaire.

Disquo rules the equation, and Bergen's original mix starts out as hardish house, before breaking down into an acid line and

hroom020 Little Nobody & DJ Fodder - Cocaine Speaking - House Mixes (incl. Dave Tarrida Remix) (Nov 27th, 2008)

01. Cocaine Speaking (Dave Tarrida Remix)
02. Cocaine Speaking (Takashi Watanabe Remix)
03. Cocaine Speaking (Cinnaman Remix)
04. Cocaine Speaking (Little Nobody 2008 Remix)
05. Cocaine Speaking (Original 1999 Mix)
"What we have here is the single most infectious groove to land in my lap since this whole Mix Doctor thing began." Thus assessed DJ Mag this year, in a review penned almost a decade after that infectious groove they mention was first laid-down to DAT within an unsuspecting Australian scene, way back in 1999. That pivotal, essential tune – ‘Cocaine Speaking’ – has been such an infectious mainstay on the club circuit, it’s since been remixed over

hroom019 Little Nobody, feat. Robo*Brazileira - Robota EP (Nov 12th, 2008)

01. Robota (Andrez & Toshiyuki Mix)
02. Robota (Funk Gadget Remix)
03. Robota (Dick Drone Remix)
Some things don't change, like Andrez Bergen's love for things robotic.

The name of his new EP is ‘Robota’, and Little Nobody shanghaied Japanese producer Toshiyuki Yasuda (one of Si Begg’s favorite musicians, and who just finished working with Señor Coconut, aka Atom Heart) into the arrangement, to do gorgeous, robot-style vocoder vocals as Robo*Brazileira.

The music and the melancholic robot lyrics have been composed by Be

hroom018 Takashi Watanabe - Fuga EP (Oct 24th, 2008)

01. Fuga (Original Mix)
02. Sunset (Original Mix)
03. Blue Moon (Original Mix)
Takashi started DJing as a student in Fukuoka (the home of Tonkotsu Ramen), and claimed his deejaying moniker (he DJ's as DJ Warp) thanks to the Warp label t-shirt he was wearing the first time he spun records.

In the intervening years he's developed a taste for superb hard house and deep - minimalistic techno, and - after a stint in Okayama, where he ran small underground techno events "Pulse", he moved back to Kyushu, where he now sp
