blaq records is a mexican based label focused mainly on bringing the sound of mexican artists to the rest of the world. founded in 2008 by ivan lopez (soundspace)and valeria rueda + jeronimo puente (signal deluxe).
since then, we've been always searching a wide variety of styles focusing not so much on a specific genre but on the personality of each track. if we like it, we release it.
here at blaq, we love deep house and dubstep as well as more minimalistic techno and electro sounds. so far we have released music of a lot of diferent artists from all around mexican territory, and diverging in many electronic music styles.
some new up coming producers as well as some of the most stablished and experienced ones are always being added to our artists crew.

The first part of this remixes was a bit more house oriented. Now, for this second part things get darker and with a more inimalistic aproach, also remixes from some of our favourite mexican producers and a couple of our good friends from across the atlantic.
The first remix comes part of the shirley can't be serious dj team straigth from berlin under their usual disguise as rhauder & smart, wev'e known sasha and marco for quite a while known, we love their sound and is uber cool to have our first guests from berlin friends in our label, their's is a remix that will be rocking dancefloors from df to berlin no doubt!
Remix # 2 is from our dear friends and amazing producers straight outta guadalajara, penny pistos, sharon and ocelli have been doing this great project and we have been colaborating with them in a lot of diferent projects, their remix is deep, dark and full of detail in sound and harmony, we have been rocking this remix for a while now with an amazing response from the dancefloor!
Remix # 3 is from pointdot, defintely our favourite female producer in mexico, dinora is well known to deliver amazing live performances and more and more her productions are starting to capture her live sound and atitude. her remix is dark and goes straight to business from the top, analouge machinery through female preception.
Remix # 4 is from no2's male half under his solo project betacaroteno, also an analouge affair of deep darknees and atmospheric chillness, good for hypnotic dancefloors and altered states of mind.
The fifth remix here is delivered by cd juarez's own bad boy sergio soroa from kreativa netlabel, sergio is an amazing young producer from ciudad juarez that is constantly releasing quality techno music, he has already shared some of his music for our label in the past and we are very happy to have him for this remixes this time!
Remix number 6 comes all the way from belgrade from sintergra's main guy, predrag stevanovic, we have been sharing some music and colaborations for his label in the past and he shared some juicy minimalistic sweetness with us for this excelent remix, deep and introspective with a very nice raw feel to it
Remix # 7 closes up these release nicely with a total experimental take on the original by mexico's city tnao, adolfo is a great and super fresh producer from mexico city his remix is a nice triped out experiment in sound and rythm structure, but just wait for tnao's full length release coming out on blaq before the year is over.
