Stephan Hinz is one of the busiest and freshest talents coming out of Germany. His latest track produced with Martin Eyer has a leading position on the Balance promo pool has been played by John Digweed, Laurent Garnier, Oliver Koletzki and more. The remix of Ode Ao Sol produced for Beef records by Stephan Hinz works really well on the dance floor. It represents an unusual blend of melodic house and a stripped back techno arrangement.
Russian duo Moonbeam have a leading position on the Eastern European scene. With more than 40 releases they are pioneers of the Russian techno sound. They have worked with Minilogue, Audiofly X, Presslaboys, Jeff Benett and Traum, GlobalScum, International Dj Gigolo and more. Moonbeams interpretation of Ode Ao Sol is melodic, atmospheric, dark and sophisticated. Extraordinary indeed.
Beef representatives, Croatian duo Shuma bring diversity to this EP. The Shuma guys didn’t use melodic structures but they focused on a dirty techno groove and sophisticated percussion. Great tool for all techno Djs.
