  Stefano Silvestri, professional A&R/producer/remixer borns in Naples, works for the UMM label and Dwboys,creates the UMD label in Milan. He is project coordinator and A&R for many international acts as Tony Esposito,Billy Ray Martin,Indo,Karen Ramirez,Hondy and Jim Kerr from Simple Minds. In the 2001, he founds with the ‘’genius’’ DJ_producer Dino Maggiorana the production team of the Phunk Investigation.
They go in UK Top7 with the single ‘’Flawless’’ by The Ones and N.1 around the world with the single ''Flawless go to the city'' by George Michael from ''Patience'' album.In the 2001, they open a record company called ABSOLUTELY RECORDS
