Since he was a child, Nicolas felt attraction for electronic sounds, being influenced by Trance music. By listening to well known DJs sets like Paul Oakenfold, Dj Tiesto, Yousef, Deep Dish, he began to dig into progressive, dark and melodic sounds. His main influence was Hernan Cattaneo, from whom he picked and listened to several cds such as "Clubland" and "South America". After some time, electronic music and computing were his main hobbies. While his middle brother helped him on the musical side playing the guitar, his family always supported him in order to fulfil his dream. By year 2000, he decided to make an excellent mix: electronic music + computing, which led into a new and fascinating world as that of electronic musical production. He began making sets and trying to give them harmony, but after some time he started producing music. Therefore with experience and time he managed to create a particular sound that differentiated him from other progressive house producers. Nicolas' productions are characteristic for having a harmonic sound, playing a lot with rather developed melodies and considering the musical aspect of a theme - without leaving aside the characteristic groove of each track. At the same time he was driven to the DJ world, for this reason he began practising with friends and tried to find new horizons, generating a new viewpoint and widening his vision. This allowed him to meet great producers and make a lot of good friends who helped him on his new path. His two first productions are "Not Too Last" charted by DJ Tarkan and "Like the Old Times", which shows his particular sound. Afterwards came "Tiny Sound", supported by well-known DJ Hernan Cattaneo and others, as many others of his productions. His work began to be well recognized, as he participated on a well known EP from Restart Records (Mashtronic) "Guernsey EP" produced by Pole Folder, where he make a top seller remix from the track "In My Mind". At this point, he met Diego Aka. Bs.As. Dee, great producer with whom he made an excellent pair called Sound Experience, chartered by Hernan Cattaneo as well, in his April Chart. At present time, his productions are supported by DJs like Hernan Cattaneo, Pole Folder, Luca Riccie, among others. |
