Originally from Mexico City, Memo Insua started his career at a very early age in his life.
When he was a teenager he moved to Reynosa, Mexico and that is where he assisted in the first dace music events. After that he decided to become a very successful dj, producer, and promoter. That is when he started Unite Productions along side with 3 other friends, which with the time and hard work became one of the best collectives and promoter companies in Mexico for dance music.
The style of Memo goes from the upmost electric sound of House, Tech House, French House, Funk, and Progressive. With excellent technique behind the decks and a great feel for reading the crowd, Memo is sure to deliver quality sets time after time. As a Dj, Memo’s talent has taken him to play all over Mexico, USA, Colombia, and also getting a residence at Skizzo Club, one of the most important clubs in Mexico. He has also shared the decks with big names such as Sasha, Dj Spooky, Danny Howells, Kosmas Epsilon, James Zabiela, Luke Fair, Nic Fanciulli, Sean Cusik, Steve Porter, Anthony Pappa, Joshua Collins, 16 Bit Lolita’s, Saeed Younan, Astro & Glyde, Rachael Star, Gabriel Sordo, Tini Tun, and Karlos Elizondo to name a few. As a producer, Memo’s work, such as original tracks, remixes, and edits has gained support from people like Dave Seaman, Kosmas Epsilon, Matt Samuels, Greg Vickers, Tim Davison, Hernan Cerbello, and Ricky Ryan. He also producers under the name M I & M full time with Daniel Martinez. They are currently working on their next releases having their tracks signed by well known labels across the globe. Memo has also been featured as a guest on popular radio show all over the world like Proton Radio (USA), Frisky Radio (USA), ETN.FM (USA), Just Music FM (Hungary), and Dub Radio (Costa Rica). With his extensive curriculum, Memo Insua is considered to be one of the best dj’s in Mexico.
